LeaseLine is actively seeking a full or part-time, experienced administrator for our Kelowna office. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and an amenable personality to help manage the flow of documents in the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of general administrative duties. The position will require effective task management, a strong attention to detail, an aptitude for financial calculations, and strong organizational skills.
We are looking for an individual with experience in an administrative roll. Background and experience in the legal industry would be an asset but not required. The position offers a great opportunity for learning, and if successful, then it will also result in an opportunity for growth and advancement.

We are seeking a full-time salesperson for our Kelowna office. First and foremost, we are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a personality that is a good fit with the current culture of the office. We also want people that are willing to learn and value good business practices. Our office is dynamic with an excellent team and many years of experience in the equipment leasing and finance industry.
The position is primarily directed towards inside sales where the successful candidate will originate business from across Canada. This will include a variety equipment lease transactions from small to large and simple to complicated. We are customer focused and providing good customer service is an essential part of this position as are sufficient administrative skills to facilitate a transaction from start to finish.
We have an excellent training and onboarding model with a proven record of success. Knowledge is a “key” component of customer service, and we can teach you everything you need to know if you are willing learn. The proof of our success is evident in our current team which we want to grow with the right candidate through a careful selection process. We have structures in place for candidates with and without industry experience.
